Phase III of the Downtown Medical Village was originally scheduled to take place between 2014 and 2019. PPH was to acquire properties along Fig and East Valley Parkway, and the city was to close a block of Pennsylvania and give the land to PPH.With developer participation, PPH was to construct housing, nursing facilities and offices. With the delays and difficulties with Phases I and II, we believe that Phase III is dead because the memorandum of understanding will expire long before Phase III can be brought to fruition.Both PPH and the city are maneuvering to avoid blame. PPH talks of delays and promises financing in the distant future, after the present cast has left the scene, hoping the city refuses to close Valley Boulevard. The city acts ready to spend $2.5 million to close Valley Boulevard.

The person is a known slumlord and influence peddler under indictment and is a recipient of over $43 million in taxpayer's dollars in Obama's area for repair of the slums of the poor. And Kennedy and Obama are supposed to be supporters of the poor. Kennedy is no supporter except of Kennedy. He is anti-everything that he could not have (real political power) and pro-anything he thinks he can stir up. Stirring up can be a good thing, I like change, but change to inexperience and a willing recipient of gold from the corrupt are not qualities of a President.

It is sad though because impeachment offered an opportunity that now appears to be lost for good. As messy and ugly and difficult as it would have been, it would have been an opportunity for remedy both internally and externally. The leaders in the House should have commenced hearings for the good of the country even if the citizens were not up in arms calling for it (leadership means leading). Now it just feels as if the crooks got away with it and will keep on keeping on. In the absence of impeachment, to expect things to improve out of DC "spontaneously" is a fool's dream. It is only going to get worse because there is no accountability. Fabricate, spin, lie, cheat, steal, kill — do whatever you want to and then just intimidate anyone who tries to call you out or stop you.
