Tax reforms help high and low paid

Outlet malls open shopping season with sales, fanfare

This year, many merchants didn't wait even that long.The Tommy Hilfiger store at Tanger Outlet Center opened at 8 p.m. Thursday, Kenneth Cole at 9 p.m. and Tommy's Kids at 10 p.m., said mall spokeswoman Michelle Carswell.
